2. Where do you ship?
We cover most of the Klang Valley:
Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Ampang, Cheras, Kajang, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Bukit Tinggi, Kepong, Klang, Kota Kemuning, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh
If you are not in the covered areas, give us a call, email or whatsapp message to arrange a special delivery!
3. When do you ship?
We deliver on the next work day after receiving your order.
(Orders received on Saturday will be sent on Monday)
Delivery hours are 10am-7pm, our driver will contact you to arrange.

4. Can I return a product?
No, sorry. For food handling safety, cold chain and hygiene regulations, all food sold is non refundable.
5. My product is spoilt!
So sorry! As we do not use food stabilizers or preservatives, and coconut are natural products, there is a small chance that some fruits spoil early, but it’s very very rare.
In the unlikely event that your food was not as fresh as expected, contact us within 2 days of purchase with your order reference and we’ll arrange a voucher or replacement.
6. Are your products Halal?
Not officially yet! Our certification is delayed due to MCO, but is being processed right now. Our factory, ingredients and suppliers are compliant and we should receive the official certification in April 2021.
The minimum order in the store is RM40.
We apply a flat delivery fee of RM10 for all covered areas (see question 2).
You get free delivery for orders over RM80.
Our Halal certification is being processed, and should be awarded by April 2021. If you have any questions, let us know!
